Your use of SuzanneKlotz.com is subject to your consent to the following, in accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
IP address and Cookies
SuzanneKlotz.com is a minimalist site that does not use cookies to track visitor data but instead uses IP addresses for the simple reason that we want an basic picture of our visitor patterns.
We use your IP address simply because this is how the Internet and websites work together. Everything has an IP address. Our IP address is 162.241.217.81 for example.
If we had comments enabled on this site, you would need to create an account that would require you to enter your name and email address and create a password.
As we do not have comments enabled, there is no other personal data being collected about you apart from your IP address. If you send us an email from the contact page, we will—of course—know your name and email.
Embedded content from other websites
All of our pages have a Google Translate widget so are using Google’s services. Similarly, pages with a YouTube video also will share your data with Google.
Pages on this site may also include other embedded content (e.g. videos, PDF files, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you have visited the other website.
These other websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to their website.
Similarly, some of the plugins used on this site (another form of embedded content) will collect your IP address and can connect that with pages you visit.
Who we share your data with
No one. As we state, we’re just using your IP address to power our visitor statistics software.
How long we retain your data
IP addresses from all visits are permanently retained so that we can see our web visitor patterns over time.
